How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, then standard shipping takes 4-6 business days within the US.
Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only for damaged or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
How do I start a return?

What is the weight capacity of your hammocks?
Our Hawk Ultralight Hammock supports 250 lbs, and the Raptor Double-Layer Hammock supports 350 lbs.
Are your products waterproof?
Our rain flies and tarp shelters are waterproof. Hammocks are water-resistant but not fully waterproof — we recommend pairing with a rain fly.
